The Householder Application Scheme enables
fast track planning appeals to be made on domestic refusals. The appeals are dealt with by the Planning Inspectorate which
is an independent Government organisation. This scheme targets decisions to be made within 12 weeks rather than 6-8 months
under the existing planning appeal system. This allows me to be able to make a reduction in my fee.
As most of the appeals work can be done online I can
cover a wide area of operation from my office in Lewes at reasonable fees.
